Our Ivana Dragičević moderated a high-level session on Europe at the Cairo Forum, one of the most strategically relevant geopolitical platforms in the MENA region. Forum happend just days after the first Egypt-EU summit in Brussels, Sharm el-Sheikh summit on Gaza and with the looming crisis in Sudan. With new Pact for the Mediterranean just announced by the EU, Cairo Forum highlighted a reality that many in Europe still underestimate: MENA leaders and policy communities are tracking Europe’s internal divisions, its transatlantic dilemmas, and its ability, or inability, to act as a coherent strategic player in an unstable global order. Panel speakers were:
H.E. Dalia Grybauskaitė – Former President of Lithuania
Piotr Buras – Head of the Warsaw office at ECFR European Council on Foreign Relations
Dr. Claudia Schmucker – Head of the Geopolitics, Geoeconomics and Technology Center at DGAP, German Council on Foreign Relations
Paolo Magri – President of the Advisory Board at the Italian Institute for International Political Studies ISPI - Istituto per gli Studi di Politica Internazionale
H.E. Ana Palacio – Former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Spain and Founder of Palacio y Asociados.

ON 22nd of October 2025. our Ivana Dragičević sat down with Yuval Noah Harari in Zagreb, in front of Croatian business and political leadership. The result was far more than a conventional interview. It was a rare public moment dedicated to deep thinking, something Harari himself described as “a luxury in today’s fast and distracted world.” Dragičević asked compelling questions about AI and societal resilience.
The talk resonated strongly across sectors — from business and public policy to education and media — confirming that the future is not something that simply arrives, but something that must be consciously built.
Event was organized by IMC Agency and supported by Erste Bank Croatia.

We are delighted to announce that our founder, Ivana Dragičević, an entrepreneurial journalist-author and strategic thinker, is one of the names behind the newly launched Europe’s Futures Initiative (EFI). With her unique background as a Europe’s Futures Fellow, former foreign correspondent, and author of multidisciplinary narrative-projects bridging journalism, technology, democracy and civic engagement, Ivana is bringing fresh momentum to Europe’s conversation about its next decade.
As one of the first projects of the initiative launched by Erste Foundation, Ivana is making the movie on the ideas on future of Europe.

In Serbia, grief triggered an unprecedented democratic movement led by students and involving large sections of society. Panels were drawing on key findings from the “Democracy Strikes Back” Lab.

Ahead of early parliamentary elections for the Lower House of Japanese parliament, our Dragan Nikolić visited Tokyo, Kyoto and Hiroshima this October to have a broader context and understanding of security situation in East Asia and wider Pacific region in which Japan plays a crucial role. During a multi-day program organized by the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he talked with a number of established geopolitical and military experts and visited the base of the Japanese Naval Self-Defense Forces in Kure. The Indo-Pacific security architecture, marked by an informal tripartite alliance of China, Russia and North Korea hides the danger that one of the separate crisis hot-spots from Kamchatka to the South China Sea might grow into a pretext for a global war and cause a massive global economic crisis.
You can read his article published in Nacional weekly, here:

Ahead of EU elections in June 2024. our Dragan Nikolić made a series of four documentary features on crucial issues for Europe - migration, through the story from Italy, rule of law on the case of Hungary, economic inequalities with the story from France, and rise of far-right on the example of Germany. Stories were made in cooperation with the office of European Parliament in Croatia, and were broadcasted on N1 TV, CNN affiliate for Adria Region.
